Cusco
Relax during your transfer to Lima airport to take your flight to the city of Cusco. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a restaurant that offers typical Cusco food in a traditional and rustic atmosphere in the legendary San Blas neighborhood. Overnight at the hotel in Cusco. Dinner included

Day 2:
Cusco
Join a gastronomic tour that includes a visit to the Chocomuseo and the Pisco Museum; two ideal places in which to learn about the production process of each of these staples, from raw ingredient to end product. To make things even more enticing, in each one of them you will get to enjoy a taste! At the end of the tour, return to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Cusco. Breakfast included.

Day 3:
Cusco - Sacred Valley
Depart after breakfast at the hotel, heading along the Sacred Valley towards the archaeological site of Maras, where the salt ponds create a dazzling scene. The thousands of small ponds give work to and help feed many local families. During Inca times, the salt deposits were an important economic centre and of great value to the imperial economy. Continue to Moray, approximately an hour and a half away. As with many Inca ruins, its exact function remains a mystery though the design of ever-wider concentric circular terraces means each level had a different microclimate. After the tour, enjoy lunch in a restaurant in the Sacred Valley and relax at your hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Sacred Valley. Breakfast and lunch included.

Day 4:
Sacred Valley
Your journey will begin towards the market of Pisac, which consists of dozens of stalls that display and sell products worked by the inhabitants of the area. You can find textiles, carvings and replicas of old Inca pieces. Then you will go to the restaurant agreed The town of Ollantaytambo is a typical example of urban planning of the Incas still inhabited as in the past. Pachacútec (1438 - 1471) conquered the town of Ollantaytambo Town, destroyed it and built a new one by absorbing it as part of its empire considered today as one of the most remarkable archaeological complexes of the Incanate. Today’s lunch is a thousand-year-old ritual of the Andes: Pachamanca. It consists of preparing elements such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, meat, vegetables and more under the earth, cooking them with hot stones. Finally, witness the unearthing of the Pachamanca and enjoy the food. At the end of your tour you will be transferred to the Sacred Valley. Overnight at the hotel in Sacred Valley. Breakfast and lunch included.

Day 5:
Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu - Cusco
A transportation service will pick you up and transfer you to the Ollantaytambo Station to board the train to Aguas Calientes, the nearest town to Machu Picchu. Take the train to Aguas Calientes, travel observing the Andean landscapes during a journey of an hour and a half. Our guide will be waiting for you and will accompany you until the departure point of the bus. Afterwards, take a bus for the 25-minute journey up to Machu Picchu, known as the "Lost city of the Incas". It is believed that this archaeological site was built in 1450 by the Inca Pachacutec as his holiday home. However, a century later, the city was abandoned after the Spanish conquest, escaping the destruction that azotó other Incas settlements. Along with the guided tour, you will have the opportunity to learn about the origins of this impressive city and explore its most outstanding monuments.
After completing the tour, you will take the bus to Aguas Calientes, where you will enjoy lunch at your selected restaurant. After lunch, you can explore the charming village and, when you're ready, board the train back. The trip by train will take an hour and a half and it will take you back to Ollantaytambo, where our transportation will accompany you back to your hotel in Cusco. Overnight at the hotel in Cusco.
