Departure from Chiang Rai aboard a traditional motor launch that goes up the Kok river entering a natural setting of wild beauty. Arrival Village of Ban Ruam Mitr, a small village of the Karen ethnic group. Then continue by car to Mae Salong, where you visit the village and its surroundings, which offer a typical scenario of the Golden Triangle with numerous villages of Akha, Lahu and Yao minorities. On the way you visit the beautiful Chui Fong tea plantation, This place is not only famous for its delicious tea, but also the picturesque terraced tea fields. We then continue with a stop at the Tea Plantation 101 Doi Mae Salong. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Continue to the mystical Phra That Sinakarindhra temple from which you can enjoy a magnificent view, reaching Doi Tung, where the splendid winter residence of the late Queen Mother is located. Return to Chiang Rai.
