Day 1:
Katunayake| Colombo
Arrival at the international airport in Colombo, formalities for entry and baggage claim. Meeting with guide and transfer to hotel.

Day 2:
Colombo | Galle | Tissamaharama
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning leave for Colombo and proceed on a brief city tour.
Departure to Kataragama with a stop along the way to the colonial town of Galle, located on the southwestern tip of Sri Lanka. with the imposing fortress built by the Dutch from 1663, a beautiful set of colonial architectural wonders and exotic atmosphere overflowing smell of spices and sea winds. In 1988 the UNESCO has listed as a World Heritage Site. Lunch in Galle restaurant.

Day 3:
Tissamaharama | Nuwara Eliya Packeted Breakfast.
Early in the morning excursion-jeep safari in Yala National Park, is one of the largest island covers an area of
almost 1,200 square kilometers of bush, lagoons and rocky outcrops is a particularly suitable for observing the elephants.
Departure for Nuwara Eliya, the station colonial and favorite retreat of the British, who were attracted by the temperate climate and the landscape of this picturesque town situated at an altitude of 1,868 meters.

Day 4:
Nuwara Eliya | Kandy

Departure to Kandy, en route stop at a tea plantation and factory to learn and explore the production of tea in Sri
Lanka. Continuing transfer to Kandy.
Arrival, and in the afternoon visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth of Buddha, containing the most revered relic in Sri Lanka, and retaining extraordinary testimonies of the past with its greatest symbol of Buddhism. Before returning to the hotel, stopping to watch a performance of local cultural dances.

Day 5:
Kandy | Pilimathalawa | Kandy
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, located just 6 km from Kandy and spanning over 60 acres. These gardens are among the richest in the world in terms of variety, with a vast collection of ornamental plants, trees, medicinal herbs, and spices, offering a serene and educational walk through nature.
Afterwards, continue to Pilimathalawa to explore the Three Temple Loop—a unique cluster of historic temples
reflecting Sri Lanka’s spiritual and architectural heritage:
• Gadaladeniya Temple, built in the 14th century, features South Indian stone craftsmanship and serene surroundings.
• Lankathilaka Temple, majestically set on a rock outcrop, showcases impressive Kandyan paintings and ancient inscriptions.
• Embekke Devalaya, renowned for its intricately carved wooden pillars and elaborate designs, a masterpiece of traditional Sinhalese artistry.
Lunch at a local restaurant in the area.
In the afternoon, return to Kandy. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure—ideal for further visits or shopping in the charming city center.

Day 6:
Kandy | Dambulla Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure to Dambulla with a stop at spice garden of Matale, to discover the fragrant spices of the island and also
where you will be offered a massage with herbs (head or feet) lasting 10 minutes.
Continuation and stop at the Dambulla Cave Temples, religious-historical UNESCO site. Dambulla is believed to have been founded in the first century BC King Vattaganemani and is known for its caves and 150 Buddha statues.Lunch in Dambulla restaurant.
Arrival and accommodation in private rooms of the chosen hotel.
The afternoon is devoted to a Village Safari Tour, interesting experience that will allow you to put you in contact with the rural life of the local population. The excursion will be done using the local usual means, you begin to edge of the typical tuk tuk, you continue on bullock carts/ tractors and then a boat ride.

Day 7:
Dambulla | Sigiriya | Polonnaruwa | Dambulla
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning excursion to the Rock Fortress of Sigiriya. Located 300 meters high, was built on top of a monolith of red stone that dominates a harmonious set of gardens. The palace built on the summit is reached by a narrow staircase that winds through the huge paws of a stone lion.

Day 8:
Dambulla |Ritigala | East Coast
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure for Trinconmalee with a stop along the way to Ritigala to visit the ruins of an ancient monastery located in the forest and home to the impressive temple Vatadage.
Continuation and arrival in on the east coast of Sri Lanka, Accommodation in hotel and rest of the afternoon free to relax seaside.

Afternoon free to relax or for a walk on the famous white sand beaches of the area of East Coast.
