Program details
Full day excursion to Ko Kret Island on Chao Praya river. Early morning departure from hotel to get on-board the public boat at River City pier. Cruising to Nothanburi pier. Here switch into a long tail boat cruising to Wat Sanam Neua temple, here a shuttle boat that connects the island to the mainland. Lunch at Local Restaurant. Walking tour of the island, a refuge of a Mon community, with a visit to Wat Paramai Yikawat temple, where is located a beautiful white Chedi made of Italian marble. Visit local ceramic village, with a wide exhibition of ceramic and terracotta items, then Wat Palelai temple, with its jungle Buddha. In the end stop at the village "OTOP" to possibly buy authentic handmade products. Return to hotel with long tail boat + public boat. Lunch at Local Restaurant.Note:
